There comes a time when a leader needs to transform their consciousness and implement systems in order to facilitate and nurture business growth. But what does it take to shift your mindset from a creative, freethinking entrepreneur to become a seven-figure earning leader and CEO? What principles can you employ to transform your business into a self-sufficient, money-making machine?
Entrepreneurs and freelancers are people who are able to go out and make things happen. They seize the day, they are ambitious, and they hustle. But, an entrepreneur is not necessarily a CEO. A CEO is someone who can lead an organization — someone who can manage expectations and hold people accountable.
In this episode, I define the differences between an entrepreneur and a CEO and explain how those differences can inhibit you from scaling if you don’t recognize them first. I explain how to create powerful solutions to the possible roadblocks that can inhibit business success.
In order to uplevel your business income and get to the seven-figure mark, you must level up your thinking and start thinking like a CEO.

Our physical, mental, and emotional states have a direct impact on the success of our business. Why, then, are most of us are straddling the line between personal development and true business growth? Having a plan to alleviate our stressors is not enough. We must take action toward engaging in holistic practices and living in a way that is beneficial to our entire being.
A few years ago, it wasn’t as clear to me how deeply connected our personal sense of well-being and our businesses are. But, time and time again, any achievement I accomplished only felt good if I felt good about it. The healthier my body and mind were, the more satisfied I was with my decisions and the trajectory of my business.
There is a true parallel effect between who you are being on the inside and who you are being on the outside. You must do the internal work for your life to improve externally. This is a reality for creative entrepreneurs. During this episode, I share my experiences of how I find balance and tips on how you can integrate holistic practices into your life to ensure the success of your business.

I share an overview of my ideas of the power of money as well as tactical and strategic wealth-building strategies. This week’s episode is the second of my series on power. In it, I explain the three invisible structures that may be ruling your life without you even realizing it. These invisible structures are paradigms, pendulums, and programs. It’s important for you to understand these concepts so you can develop your own power, do the deep inner work, and master yourself. The idea behind invisible structures is that they are traps we never planned on falling into. They became part of our everyday lives and we didn't recognize them until we fell into them. I will explain some ideas I've been developing around mental and emotional power and how you too can become more mentally and emotionally powerful. Then, you can begin to see the traps learn to carefully extract yourself to can maintain your position, your power, and your strength. Influences in this world often encourage us to go with the flow, do what is expected of us without question, and to essentially conform. But all of us are meant to shine, grow, and progress.

Welcome Back!
About a year and a half ago around the time my book, Rich20Something: Ditch Your Average Job, Start an Epic Business, and Score the Life You Want launched, I signed off from the Rich20Something Podcast. The book launch was a professional turning point for me. When you put your heart and soul into something and then it hits #11 on the New York Times bestseller list and it receives amazing reviews on Amazon, it can be a bit overwhelming. I was personally drained and needed a break. So, I took a little time off to start some new ventures, to create new programs, clarify my vision, and replenish my energy.
The guiding principles of this new podcast, The Daniel DiPiazza Show, will follow the core goals of my Alpha Mentorship program and the five pillars of personal evolution from my upcoming book, Wielding Power. I will be using this platform as a one-on-one conversation with you. I’ll be sharing insights to help all Millennial Entrepreneurs reach their highest mission.
